Creative Cross Bring the World’s Greatest Drag Superstar to Sydney Mardi Gras!
RuPaul, the world’s first drag supermodel, is heading to Australia for the first time
in over a decade to headline at the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Official Party March 3rd 2012 and “Glamazon Dance Party” on Sunday 4 March 2012.

“Glamazon”, a dance party event produced by Creative Cross, will be held at the Metro Theatre in George Street and will include a high profile performance line up including a performance by the Margaritas, Wild Spirit Aerialists and 3 of Australia’s most recognised DJ’s (Jimmy Dee, Dan Murphy and Kitty Glitter – Sydney’s Best DJ,Diva Awards), culminating in a performance of RuPaul’s best known hits by theDrag Diva herself.
RuPaul skyrocketed to international fame with the CD release of “Supermodel
of the World,” which was followed by roles in several feature films, “The RuPaul
Show” on VH1, many high profile endorsement deals (including a beauty
contract with M.A.C Cosmetics), a wax portrait at Madame Tussaud's Museum
in Times Square, a best-selling autobiography and fund raising worldwide for
people living with HIV/AIDS. RuPaul's latest book is entitled Workin' It: RuPaul's

Creative Cross join forces with the Sydney Powerhouse Museum
July 2011 Creative Cross joined forces with Sydney’s premiere attraction the Powerhouse Museum in the coproduction of a creative platform which would heighten the brand awareness of their official mascot “Cogs”. The theatrical stage production titled “Cogs Machine Meltdown” ran 3 shows daily from September 24 – October 11th and was seen by over 10,000 visitors to the museum. Following the hugely successful run Creative Cross was engaged to introduce the format to suitable external venues with the aim of increasing the fan base of the mascot and also pushing the brand awareness of the Museum to a larger audience base.

Andrew Cross Contracted As Senior Production Manager Of Kit Kat Television Special.
Chieftain Communications engaged Andrew Cross to act as Senior Production Manager for a unique branding exercise.To launch the arrival of Kit Kat Chunky 3, the Kit Kat Chunky team put the call out across Australia and New Zealand to find “The ultimate Kit Kat chunky 3 Hero”, someone with the skills to “triple the fun in their break!” Members of the Public sent in video applications demonstrating unique and sometimes freaky skills, one lucky contestant was chosen. The competition prize was 10,000K, 2 weeks professional stunt training and finally 3 minutes executing a professional action stunt scene on television. The final stunt aired on GO! September 2nd during prime time “Hamish and Andy”, the promotion also sponsored the entire evenings schedule building to the 3 minute action scene. Staples Australia National Launch
To mark the expansion of their online business to Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia , Staples launched an integrated campaign pivoting around a new version of the well-known game Rock, Paper, Scissors. Switched to Paper, Scissors, Ink to echo Staples' core product lines, the campaign included a free online game at staples.com.au allowing consumers to share in some simple fun. To further leverage the campaign idea, Staples brought Tim Conrad, the World Rock Paper Scissors (RPS) Champion, down under for a week long media tour.
In the live launch, Andrew Cross took a dual role of Senior Production Manager and Director of Creative Performance. Lucky Melbournians had a chance to pit their skills against Tim at Staples' official Victorian launch. Staples invited all Victorian small business owners and consumers to the free launch extravaganza at Melbourne Federation Square on May 20th 2011 to challenge the World RPS Champion and grab a sample of Staples freebies, while stocks lasted. Throughout the day the official launch featured comically based fights against the core products Paper, Scissors and Ink. TV Presenter James Kerley hosted the precedings with Radio Compare Tim Lee making an appearance with the Fox FM Crew.

Trinny & Susannah present their debut Australian Mission Makeover.
During october 2010 Westfield and Showtime Attractions produced the hugely successful national live tour "Trinny & Susannah's Australian Mission Makeover". The informative event saw the celebrity duo dispense invaluable fashion tips and tricks to Australian audiences. Andrew cross (Creative Cross founding director) headed the team as National Show Producer with Robert Reeves (Creative Cross co founder and logistics manager) in the the role of National Bump Manager.
Live shows were held in NSW, QLD, SA, WA and VIC at Westfield Shopping Centres and was filmed by the XYZ network for the released lifestyle channel series. "Trinny and Susannah's Makeover Mission" marks the first ever australian produced series staring the duo.

Andrew Cross was awarded National Event Producer for this tour with Queensland being the first stop in a national tour of the country, offering teen Australians a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity at international stardom.
The Rimmel/Girlfriend Model Search stands as Australia’s most esteemed modelling initiative, launching the career of some of Australia’s most celebrated modelling faces including
Brisbane’s Catherine McNeil and other renowned models including Alyssa Sutherland, Abbey Lee, Pania Rose, Samantha Harris and Ruby Rose. The event featured a special appearance by Erika Heynatz who sang songs from her upcoming album.

Pulse Of The Nation - Inspiration For The Aussie Socceroos At The 2010 FIFA World Cup
“Pulse of a Nation” provided Australian’s with a unique opportunity to be apart of music and football history by recording their heartbeats for the official Socceroos song to inspire them to victory at the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Andrew Cross headed the team as National Events Producer with Robert Reeves as Production Manager. Westfields' "Pulse Of The Nation" events were held from Thursday 6th of May 2010 at Westfield Bondi, Liverpool, Fountain Gate, Carindale, Tea Tree Plaza and Carousel where Australians donated heartbeats. A number of heartbeats were chosen to add a unique beat to the official Qantas Socceroos team song which was performed by Rogue Traders.
The names of all Australians who donated heartbeats was published in a commemorative book and officially presented to the Qantas Socceroos in South Africa during their 2010 FIFA World Cup Campaign. The official Socceroos team song was launch May 24 2010 and was played at the Socceroos send off match at the MCG. The song is available off the Rogue Traders album “Night of the Living Drums”.
